The hotel was immaculate. The staff was polite. They called us before check-in. A pick-up from the airport was arranged for us at a small fee. The bed provides extraordinary comfort. I slept well.
The room service was slightly delayed one evening, I waited for 30 minutes.

The location is central with a metro station five minutes away. the room was very clean. Everything seemed new. the wifi signal was strong and reliable.
the area surrounding the lodging is unkempt. the staff did not speak clearly. obtaining assistance proved difficult. i was not able to resolve a few problems.
The staff provided excellent service. They were always ready to assist with communication and other requests. i found the location suitable for accessing shopping areas and transportation options. the hotel provided airport pick-up, and it was very convenient.
the breakfast options needed some improvement . i observed a lack of proper maintenance in certain areas of the hotel. some staff members seemed uncooperative.
